By paying Paddys Pawfect Paddock, you acknowledge that you agree to the site rules & conditions.
Paddys Pawfect Paddock will be allowed access to the field at any time to carry out inspections.
Harsh handling of any dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
No more than 4 dogs per session.
All names of visitors need to be given at the time of booking for insurance purposes.
Children must always be supervised, and under no circumstances should they be using the dog equipment.
The facilities are for dogs not children. Do not climb of the fence or gate.
Please do not let your dog dig: Any holes should be reported.
Do not walk through the yard, only from your parked car to the field.
Cars are parked at the owner's risk.
Please ensure you park in the designated parking area, which will be explained on induction.
You must not litter the field and you are responsible for disposing of litter in the bin provided.
No customers allowed in the secure field until they have had an induction.
Do not let your dog off the lead until in the secured field, & the gate shut & locked.
At no time should the dog/dogs be tethered to any structures on site e.g. fencing, posts, gate.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot, to minimise traffic & to allow the previous customer to have left.
If you arrive late, this does not alter the time you leave, please ensure you vacate the field at the required time.
Lock the gate even if the next customer/dog is waiting.
Please pick up after your dog, bag & place in the bin provided.
Please put any toys used back into the toybox, if any have become damaged, please remove from the field & put into metal rubbish bin.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, or titre tested (Certificates to be shown at Induction).
If your dog is poorly, then please reschedule.
Under no circumstances should your dog/dogs be left unattended.
We accept no liability if your dog escapes.
We are not responsible for any injuries to you, your family, friends, or dogs.
Data Protection- we only retain your details for contacting you regarding your booking, this is also stipulated in my planning permission. The information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any other parties.
We strongly advise owners wear appropriate footwear, such as wellies or walking boots, our field maybe uneven in places, with long & short grass.
Please respect these premises and keep noise levels to a minimum.
To maintain the professional integrity of Paddy's Pawfect Paddock, dog walkers working with their clients will only be allowed with prior agreement with Paddy's Pawfect Paddock.
Dog walkers must provide a copy of their public liability insurance.
Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
No smoking or vaping on site.
No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours, the cancellation must be given in writing.
Paddy's Pawfect Paddock has the right to cancel any booking forthwith in the event that Paddys Pawfect Paddock is affected by an emergency/act of god at any time. Paddys Pawfect Paddock will refund any fees paid in these circumstances.
Paddys Pawfect Paddock reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Paddys Pawfect Paddock reserve the right to use any pictures or images provided by you to us via Facebook and our webpage, for the purpose of marketing and promotion.
In the unfortunate event that these simple rules are broken/ignored, we reserve the right to restrict individual users' access to the field, that could lead to an indefinite ban.
